Ventilation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is awesome, beautiful color. The problem I was having is its too heavy for an over the range microwave. The ventilation isnt placed for it and was covered by my cabinet.

Great but a bit finicky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave looks very sleek and has a lot of cool features that are available. That being said, we did have an issue with the control board which kitchenaid replaced under warranty. It is a bit weird aa it doesn’t have a turn table like traditional microwaves and we do find that food hears unevenly, especially in larger quantities. I’m not sure if we would buy the same model again but it does the job.

Microwave is a Huge Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New microwave may be a lemon. Upon installation it made a strange noise when in operation. Many service calls and finally it was removed and taken back to shop where it’s been for several weeks. First part didn’t fix. A different part wa then ordered and am told it’s been delayed. I want to replace this model with a different one, but may need guidance from manufacturer as dealer has not offered me the option. As is, I have matching appliances and a bare wall where microwave should be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice with some features requiring work

This is a very nice multifunction appliance. I almost stopped using regular oven with all the features added to microwave. It looks amazing. I have some small things that could be improved.
1. Be ware that the Juniper color is different tone than juniper on range and dishwasher. The microwave is more bluish. It may be defect of the specific one I got, or it may be all of them. It is clearly visible with range under the microwave.
2. The app control and wifi connectivity is not well designed. There are small things like lack of time sync from the internet, to somewhat peculiar way to control.
3. Fan is very loud.
