[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best microwave I’ve seen! This is not your traditional microwave. It will blow your mind how many things it can do. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. One of my favorite things about this microwave is how it can keep warm your meals up to 60 minutes. Plus, it's really a gorgeous design. It's very sleek, and the touchscreen makes it look super modern and expensive. The door opens at the touch of the screen. It's quiet, beautiful, and definitely worth the money.

We purchased this microwave while it was on introductory sale. We find the unit easy to use and loaded with features The absence of a turntable enables us to utilize the entire bottom. The flush design is an an excellent feature, but the LED cooktop lighting needs to be angled toward the cooktop. It currently points to the cooktop control panel. Despite this oversight, I’d highly recommend it !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not installed the unit yet. I have it on a bench being tested. The design is first rate, but this is a very heavy beast. I don't like the electric door. I suspect that will be the first thing to fail. Kitchenaid needs to mention in their advertising and online info that the unit only comes with mounting instructions. The user manual, warranty information, etc all have to downloaded from the website.
So far the features I have tested have all worked satisfactorily, except microwave popcorn leaves a large amount of unpopped kernels, probably because there is no moving turntable.

LOVE the microwave function but haven't had a chance yet to use the air fryer or toaster oven. Cannot wait to try all the other functions and would like to review those in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This icrowave does not operate properly all the time. Powers off, does not illuminate the time brightly, not at all user friendly. First one I received was faulty and they replaced it but it still does not work properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing performance

The noise level is minimal and cooking performance is amazing. I love the way it looks and the performance capacity is great. Love love love this microwave.

Too complicated - not clear instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find this microwave very difficult to use and the directions online and in the Manual are no help. It also does not have a turntable and when I reheat things it is not evenly warm.
