Great Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven offers a variety of cooking features that we find particualy useful. We often use the pre-heat, re-heat, melt, soften, Start Add 30 and cooking options. We also like the On-Off, Light and fan features. The cooking is thorough and usually even throughout.

Inconsistent performance, no dependability, noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 mornings every week, I prepare oatmeal -- identical bowl, identical amounts of water and oatmeal, same time and power settings. Sometimes at the end, the oatmeal is proper, sometimes very watery, sometimes very pasty. Totally inconsistent performance. Similar results for other foods and I'm never confident that they are properly cooked. The microwave makes a grinding sound, like the turntable is stuck, but there is no turntable on this model (I have contacted service and they are coming for the second time about this issue next week).

Great Features! Good Value for the Price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Versatile - we love the multiple functions that the microwave offers (e.g. air fry, baking, etc). This saves on having to have multiple countertop appliances.
Smart Functions - having the app to control functions is a definite plus for the microwave. Turning the light on/off from your phone at night is great.
Form Factor - the microwave blends in so well with your cabinetry. Smooth front, no bulkiness, modern look.
Cost Effective - when thinking about overall price it is important to remember that the microwave will serve in the role of several other appliances (which you won’t have to buy). We found it a great return on our investment!

Sleek and Dependable

It looks great in my kitchen and has so many more modes than I realized when I purchased it. You can tell the quality is high and I get compliments on how sleek it looks.

It does it all and it is so convenient when we freeze a lot of food living on a farm when you're not sure when you're going to eat. I use the reheat, fryer and defrost on a regular basis. I absolutely love it!
