Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many functions. All seem to be working great. Fan is much stronger than our previous microwave. Air fryer takes at least twice as long as directions say on everything.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] FIRST ONE HAD TO BE REPLACED because did did not perform to standards #second unit has very uneven temperatures during microwave and airfreight modes. Not the quality I expected from Kitchen Aid
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstanding micro combo

I debated quite a long time due to some negative reviews. BOY, I am so happy I decided to purchase this oven. Kitchenaid has a winner here! I was able to just read the prompts to set clock, utilize the different functions. User friendly in my opinion. Toast takes longer, who cares? Air fryer chicken was moist and evenly cooked. Cinnamon toast and French toast nice and crispy, I cooked longer, I like crispy. It will be a learning curve based on your preference. I baked frozen sausage patties at the same time with frozen french toast sticks on the ceramic bake pan, wow! I have packed up my GE countertop micro/air fryer (worked great) and my Ninja countertop air fryer/combo/full size toaster oven THANKS to KitchenAid!!!!! I have used less than one day, air fried, toasted, baked, microwaved, and getting ready to air bake. Thank you for a truly amazing oven and technology. I had no issues connecting wifi with my phone to the oven. I will update with more cooking adventures with my new toy. I cook a lot!
