Beautiful but not practical

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my house renovated with upgraded electrical. This microwave frequently trips the circuit. I plugged it into a different socket on a different circuit, and it tripped it again. Also, there is no turntable and I find that I have to heat my items much longer than I had to with my 25 year old sharp 1200 watt microwave. The toasting feature takes way too long to toast two slices of bread. I haven't used the airfryer yet but I am not optimistic. It's a gorgeous microwave with a beautiful display but I would not buy this product again.

Broke after a few months, parts STILL on backorder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The worst experience I’ve had with a kitchen aid product by far. It’s clear we received a lemon. But the fact that parts for this product are on back order suggests ours isn’t the only one.
To be fair we also have a kitchen aid refrigerator and dishwasher and those appliances have had zero issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its a KitchenAid of course

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a bundle package for our kitchen remodel. Fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and range hood. The multifunction microwave clears our counter space of a toaster and air fryer. Clean install and looks great. Works as expected

Very Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to buy and later use this mult-functional microwave. Unfortunately, the microwave function broke within a month of installation due to an electronic error which requires an electrical board or something to be replaced. It took a month for an approved technician to come and spend 5 minutes evaluating the issue coming to the same conclusion that I did after searching the internet on the error code. I explained that I would prefer a new microwave as opposed to a 1 month old repaired microwave and the feedback was “very unlikely…you can try the retailer but if you want the manufacturer to replace you will have to go through multiple repair attempts first”. Then he said that he would order the part and be in touch and we have not had an update in a week since. We have had to buy a cheap countertop microwave to get us by in the meantime as we have no idea when the microwave will be back in working order.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
