Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! It does so much, all in one machine. I’ve cooked and toasted and reheated and defrosted, all great. I have not used the air fryer function because there is no instruction booklet. Guess I’ll just have to work it out on my own. Anyway, except for that, I love the machine!

Think twice

I bought this microwave in april and in may they had to replace the fan now in october, they have to come out and replace something.Because none of the control buttons work... the exhaust fan is a little noisier than was described
Maybe you will have better luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave works fine, but frankly, I liked the one we installed in 2018 better (which died). I preferred the larger internal dimensions. I wish they still had a handle instead of pushing a button to open. I do like that the turntable is gone. The audio feedback cues are kind of funky. Finally, the time display is too small.

I love this oven/microwave/air fryer/toaster+ device some things take a little longer to cook but it’s worth it

Horrible Warranty Experience

Only had this appliance for 10 months and it just stopped working. Before it completely stopped working it had troubles losing power and connecting to WiFi. Had to manually change the clock a few times a week. When it completely stopped working we reached out to file a warranty claim. What a nightmare!! You sit on hold for at least an hour, they request for repair. We’ve had 5 service appointments to replace over 11 parts in the unit. The whole appliance has essentially been rebuilt a couple times in my kitchen. My cabinet has been disassembled for nearly 4 months. The repairmen said this is a requirement from Whirlpool before they will consider replacing the appliance. Appliance broke in August and it is now December and we have just been told it’s approved for replacement. Called whirlpool to schedule replacement and I’m being told a service call is pending and it will take 14 business days for any approval. The communication between the repair company, whirlpool and us is non existent. We’ve had to call whirlpool 3 times and wait over an hour each time to talk to anyone. Looks like I now get to wait 14 business days to never hear from anyone and will end up back on hold to find out if anything is approved. Because of this I refuse to buy any whirlpool product again. The warranty department is strategically designed to make you give up and just go buy a new unit. Very disappointing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
