Looks better than it performs as a microwave!

The microwave seems SO under powered for a microwave. 4-5 min to get milk hot for hot chocolate is ridiculous. It warms things up but WAY longer than the old microwaves. The airfryer works great. The microwave came w a startup instructions but that’s it. Super hard to find the instructions (not manual for installing). It’s a great looking machine but if you want mostly for a microwave I would definitely stay away from it:(

The microwave is complicated to operate so a manual in front of us would really be helpful. Could you please send us a manuals for the microwave, oven range and refrigerator we purchased. Thank You

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It required a new level of learning in order to learn how to use this but it’s nice. I would have liked to have a recipe book to learn how to use the air fryer part of the microwave. A handle on the door would have been a nice touch.

Air fryer performance lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The airfryer takes double the time of a regular stand alone airfryer- very disappointing as this was the reason of purchasing this microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad product, bad service

A bad product with worse service. From the very first day we got it, it has many problems. Makes occasional grinding noise, the fan keeps on for 15 min even if the microwave runs for 5s. The microwave occasionally fails saying "power to your appliance was lost ...". The microwave takes forever to heat food. The service from KitchenAid is horrible, the replaced multiple parts, but problem persists, and keep sending technicians again and again without resolution. Would not recommend this product.
