[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like our microwave but wish we had a manuals that came with the appliances we purchased. Don’t have the means to download the manuals. The microwave is complicated to operate so a manual in front of us would really be helpful. Could you please send us a manuals for the microwave, oven range and refrigerator we purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It required a new level of learning in order to learn how to use this but it’s nice. I would have liked to have a recipe book to learn how to use the air fryer part of the microwave. A handle on the door would have been a nice touch.

Air fryer performance lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The airfryer takes double the time of a regular stand alone airfryer- very disappointing as this was the reason of purchasing this microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad product, bad service

A bad product with worse service.
From the very first day we got it, it has many problems. Makes occasional grinding noise, the fan keeps on for 15 min even if the microwave runs for 5s. The microwave occasionally fails saying "power to your appliance was lost ...". The microwave takes forever to heat food.
The service from KitchenAid is horrible, the replaced multiple parts, but problem persists, and keep sending technicians again and again without resolution.
Would not recommend this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! It does so much, all in one machine. I’ve cooked and toasted and reheated and defrosted, all great. I have not used the air fryer function because there is no instruction booklet. Guess I’ll just have to work it out on my own. Anyway, except for that, I love the machine!

I picked this microwave for a new house installation. It has functioned as stated. I'm gradually using all of the cooking options. All of them have worked correctly. It's been in use for 15 months.
