They should have not even included a microwave in this! It does not work well at all. I wish I would have known this before buying it but I didn't. The sales person told me how great it was.. it's not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WISH I HAD CHOSEN SOMETHING DIFFERENT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it has variable cooking methods, and the aesthetics are very pleasing, however, sometimes the place with more options are not so good with those options. If there is only one or two, they are usually better. In this case, it seems to bake and toast okay but it takes forever to defrost and microwave anything. And the noise the fan makes when it is cooling off after using it for a length of time is quite annoying. I realize it serves a purpose but we have to leave the door open to cool it off because the noise is unbearable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using this new microwave for several weeks now and are generally pleased.
Didn't like being pushed to download apps and connect it as a smart device as we will never use it that way. Maybe I could have avoided the app but doing so presents its own hassles. Also wished instructions were more specific on how to cook bacon & disappointed that settings only offer maximum of 6 slices to be cooked at at time.
We do like the well lit display panel and the fact that it serves as an Air Fryer too but haven't had occasion to put that to the test yet.

I didn't realize this "microwave" had the features it did. It is GREAT! Once I master it, I know I'll use more and more. It is a strikingly beautiful design above my Kitchen Aid oven. I've received many compliments. Excited to try more.

Would be much better if it had a separate icon for that feature. The looks of the unit is great. Love that it is flush with my cabinets and nice feature not having a turn table. Would definitely recommend!

Not very satisfied to this point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my wife for Christmas, and I am so far not very impressed with its quality or functionality. the install was tough with weak instructions. The owners manual is weak with little help as to how to use it, and the features difficult to understand and use. I have not had time to dig into the online guidance
