New gov. regulations? or malfunctions?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are having problem with the popcorn setting, not popping the entire bag of popcorn. We have a potato bag to cook the potatoes faster and mistered, it burned the bag while cooking the potatoes? It also cooks/reheat slower than my previous microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couple of small nits: 1. why do I have to push the display button twice to turn the display off? tracking the lighting state should be very basic. 2. lack of documentation. The unit does not come with adequate documentation. why don't they put the same level of effort into tell us how to work these things as they do writing useless disclaimers that no one reads?

Disappointed in air frying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Air fry is slow and doesn’t really brown anything in the basket. I can cook frozen fries in 8 minutes and they are nicely brown in my old air fryer. Twice as long in the new microwave. Need to use the toaster tray for criisp fries.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not entirely happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we are having a hard time figuring out how to use all of the features and it would be nice to have an instruction manual of some kind. I have not found anything on line that helps. Cleaning the front screen is a pain. when I wipe it it sets off all kinds of things. You have to download an app to set the clock!!! That is ridiculous!

Simply Amazing

We love how it toasts bread, how it air fries french fries and how well it bakes our small pizzas. It does everything so very well, it has become our go to appliance for almost all things cooking.

They should have not even included a microwave in this! It does not work well at all. I wish I would have known this before buying it but I didn't. The sales person told me how great it was.. it's not.

WISH I HAD CHOSEN SOMETHING DIFFERENT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it has variable cooking methods, and the aesthetics are very pleasing, however, sometimes the place with more options are not so good with those options. If there is only one or two, they are usually better. In this case, it seems to bake and toast okay but it takes forever to defrost and microwave anything. And the noise the fan makes when it is cooling off after using it for a length of time is quite annoying. I realize it serves a purpose but we have to leave the door open to cool it off because the noise is unbearable.
