Good range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this range for about a month and really like it; however, setting the timer is cumbersome - you have the add each minute rather than holding down the button to add multiple minutes at a time - maybe we are doing something wrong? Otherwise, range/oven works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Making delicious foods with easy great features

30-inch Gas Smart Range with Air
Cooking Technology. The sleek look of the range is so nice, a very clean look. All the touch buttons for the oven right at front on the oversized control panel, which being oversized seems like a safety feature.
The ease of using the oven air fryer is great. My kids like how simple it is with no preheating, so putting their food in the oven before even starting the oven is convenient. From oven baked chicken a whole chicken, or chicken nuggets, the air fryer is a breeze to use, and saves so much time.
I love cooking my fall meals in a slow cooker Dutch oven and using the slow cooker setting my short ribs came out so tender.
The ease of cleaning using the steam cleaner feature was so easy. I love this new feature! No chemicals and a nice safe easy clean. The gas stove top with the griddle middle is amazing. Pancakes eggs all going at one time for my family.

Plastic seal nightmare

The stove is ok. But, when you first get the unit it takes you over 3 hours just to remove the plastic from the Stainless Steel. The worst design I have ever seen. If you don't want to waste your time don't buy this stove.

Not so great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the flame output felt more like something you’d find in a commercial kitchen than a home range. The front stoves were powerful to the point of being difficult to use for everyday cooking.
Second—and the biggest issue—the cleaning process was a nightmare. To clean the surface properly, you have to remove the grates, and they were extremely heavy and cumbersome to deal with. What should’ve been a quick wipe-down turned into a full workout.
Overall, it’s a beautiful appliance, but not practical for someone who cooks often and needs simple, manageable cleaning. I ended up returning it.
