[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This induction hob is so good that I am delighted. It is sturdy, powerful, and the glass is easy to clean. I like the temperature regime. It's great that it's safe in a house with children.

Disappointed!

Completely disappointed with cooktop. Was not installed until after 30 days so no option to return. The wipe clean surface is very shiny and leaves water marks if not completely dried by towel after cleaning. Not user friendly, very slow up start once you push the ON button. Pan option placement set very far back, where my back pots actually hit the my quartz backsplash. Don't waste your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Insufficient instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently had my cooktop installed and it has been challenging. The only instructions we got were a quick start guide that were hard to follow. We had to search on line to find your more detailed guide which for sure was better but still found a little confusing. And I learn best from videos and there were no videos on youtube for your appliance. For the parts of the cook top we now know how to use the cooktop is great. And there are other options we find difficult to learn based on what is provided.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features like temp mode

There is a learning curve after having used radiant electric cooktop for many years. Still haven't gotten the app to work with the cooktop and some assistance from Whirlpool may be required, but pleased with the purchase so far.
