[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The electric burners work, but several of the touch key controls do not. I have made an appointment for a repair person to come next week to hopefully fix the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove back in December and since then I have been having minor problems. The bake temperature won't go up or down on whatever temperature it is on. I hooked up my wifi because that's what the whirlpool technician told me I needed to do. It is still not letting me lower or raise the temperature. I mean all my products are Whirlpool I love Whirlpool but just not sure why my oven is not working correctly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks good. But. I hate this range. It is a glass cooktop that does not come clean. When I have had water boil over or grease splatter, it does not come off all the way!!! There are marks that cannot be removed. I have tried every cleaner!!! Water boiling over stained it. I have had this for a few months and it is stained. Also the oven only Also Also the oven temp Only
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your insights with us. We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience, as we always try to provide our customers with the best support possible. Please see below for some troubleshooting tips. Before cleaning, ensure all controls are off and the surface is cool. Turn on the Cooktop lockout function (depending on the model) to prevent unintentional use of the burners. Always follow label instructions on cleaning products. Do not use steel wool, abrasive powder cleansers, chlorine bleach, rust remover, or ammonia to avoid damaging the cooktop. Remove food/residue with a scraper designed for ceramic glass cooktops. For best results, use the scraper while the cooktop is still warm but not hot to the touch. It is recommended that you wear oven mitts while scraping the warm cooktop. Hold the scraper at approximately a 45° angle against the glass surface and scrape the residue. It will be necessary to apply pressure to remove the residue. Apply a few dime-sized drops of affresh® cooktop cleaner / ceramic glass cooktop cleaner to the affected areas. Rub the affresh® cleaner onto the cooktop surface with the blue cooktop scrubbing pad. Reasonable pressure is needed to remove stubborn stains. Allow the cleaner to dry to a white haze before proceeding to Step 3. Polish with a clean, dry cloth or a clean, dry paper towel. Repeat Steps 1 – 3 as necessary for stubborn or burned-on stains. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Design of the control panel - it is not user friendly. It faces straight up and not at an angle where it can be seen anywhere in the kitchen, which is what I prefer. The touch pad is very difficulty to mash to set time, start and stop oven, virtually anything. All touch-pads are hard to mash to get to respond. The indicator light shows the surface is hot but it doesn't indicate which area is hot. It tells you an element is on, but not which one is on on or hot. Timer doesn't count down in seconds until the last minute; it only counts down in minutes. Preheat takes much longer than my previous oven, thus not energy efficient. It also takes longer to cook at any specified temperature than our previous oven. The knots that adjust the cooktop - the knob (second from the left) that works the 2-element eye, is backwards from the other knobs, when using the single part of the element. The storage drawer on the bottom is flimsy and much smaller than out previous oven, thus it will not hold my broiling pans. (Yes, we are comparing this to our previous oven, but it was also a Whirlpool. We are disappointed in this oven, especially compared to our previous oven. The design is a degression from older models! Also, no bottom element that can be seen. Is it hidden underneath so that we can't change it? The personal who installed the oven did not know about the bottom element either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so disappointed with this range. For the price its a very cheap oven door and the racks are the cheapest you could make. The push button area is hard to see with the black background and the buttons are very difficult to push. The oven takes forever to warm up. NO broiling pan included The oven racks are like tin.if the pan is too heavy like a 15 lb turkey the rack will bend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range replaced a similar only as a slide in vs a free standing. All the features and functions work primarily the same. Biggest problem is there was blue tape that had permanently glued itself to the control panel that had to be removed by a hair dryer and LOTS of elbow grease. Took more than 3 hours to remove. Not sure but I think the range sat in a hot warehouse too long and the blue became part of the range.
