Where Are The Manuals?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a Maytag owner over the years with previous purchases. I can't believe I've just gotten a new Matag Range and Microwave with no owner's manual included! No owner's manual for this specific electric range model found posted for downloading on the Matag website. Same goes for the Matag microwave purchased as the same time, no owner's manual included with the microwave upon delivery and setup. How difficult is it to place a hard copy owner's manual inside the oven and microwave prior to boxing and shipment? Initially setting the clock time on the oven turned out be a grueling experience. Touch control for this setup adjustment difficult and somewhat unresponsive to the touch. Not off to a good start with the electric range. Not interested in spending my time on Maytag websites bouncing between pages trying to find operating information on the new products I've just purchased. Warranty registration on both new products was also not simple and by phone a time-consuming process. Not interested in those frequent Maytag emails wanting to sell products (including water filters etc) as in the case of what I continue to receive for my two-year old Maytag French Door refrigerator. (PS. Right door gasket on refrigerator already failing not under warranty and has a hefty replacement cost.). Not the Matag products I once knew.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had the Maytag 30-Inch Slide-In Electric Range for a little while now, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The grill mode is a great feature because it really does give food that outdoor-grilled flavor without having to go outside, which I’ve already used a ton and will most definitely continue to use throughout the upcoming colder months! The no preheat air fry is probably my favorite part, though. It makes quick meals so much easier, and everything comes out crispy without the wait.
The oven heats evenly, and I’ve had great results baking and roasting. The stovetop burners are powerful and heat up fast, but they’re also easy to control for simmering. I also love how sleek the slide-in design looks in my kitchen and it really gives the space an updated look.
Overall, this range has made cooking at home more enjoyable and convenient. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile electric range.

All in one range!

There is also the Maytag app that you can download to connect with your appliance. This allows you to use even more features!! My favorite mode is no preheat air fry. You get the fried crunch to your food in such a short time without any preheat time. Another awesome mode is slow cook. This mode allows you to get that slow roasting taste to any tough meat you’re cooking. This range can do all the things your air fryer, slow cooker, and indoor grill could. This appliance can take on all the cooking duties so your counters can stay clean and free of all those other gadgets. I’m in love!!!

The performance really stands out—everything heats evenly, and the grill and air fry modes are a huge bonus for getting meals on the table faster without sacrificing quality. The no preheat air fry especially makes weeknight dinners so much easier.
One thing I’ve noticed is how energy efficient it feels. It doesn’t seem to run excessively long or waste heat, and that gives me peace of mind both for the electric bill and the environment. Cleaning has also been a breeze compared to my old stove—spills wipe up easily, and the oven doesn’t hold on to that baked-in mess the way some others do.
