Manufacturer defect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The electric burners work, but several of the touch key controls do not. I have made an appointment for a repair person to come next week to hopefully fix the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not used all the features yet, but can't wait, only negative thing so far is getting the blue film off the stainless steel from shipping, it is like baked on, if you know of an easy way, please let me know, I have used rubbing alcohol and my fingernail so far that is all that works, I will not use a razorblade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with stove only one room for improvement. When we cook first time in oven the oven was releasing smoke. We didn’t know if was ready to catch on fire because it was white smoke and smell grease. My wife look online and we discover you all put oil or at least internet say on heater elements. So we pull out the food and let burnt for 20 minutes with microwave vacuum on full power and even to today the smell of grease still lingering around stove. Will be a good idea an sticker on oven door saying so people don’t think house catching onfire
