Didn't get a chance to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Noticed when set in place that there was abnormal gap from control panel to body of range on left side vs right and same gapping when looking from back of range to control panel against glass cooktop. Also the storage drawer was revealing top of it more on one side vs other. Almost like it was tweaked, so never used and am getting an exchange, but would like to comment how the quality has changed in the storage drawer itself, compared to my 20 something old Kitchenaid KESC307HBT. ka unit drawer has side glides i believe and it strong and sturdy steel. This new unit storage drawer does not glide freely and very thin and flexing metal.
Other big issue is the protective film could not be pulled off in one sheet. I tried with hair dryer and credit card and took an hour to get 6 inches removed which is ridiculous!
Hoping things will be better when I get the backordered replacement unit.

Change to stainless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really really like my new stove. The only problem was that I couldn’t get it in the white color as that is what my other appliances are. So now I will have to gradually have to replace my other appliances with stainless steel. I’ve had many compliments on my new stove too

great stove

Range looks, if only can do what it should.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor owners manual, instructions don't match photo of the panel on that manual, unable to get SETTINGS as Front Control Electric Range Control Guide referrers to and neither live chat nor phone call to Costumers Service resolved the issue. Live chat kept referring to Control Guide manual, as robot would, another word waisted 45 minutes, telephone call referred me to WI-FI where I will find the settings, which I did not. Bluetooth does not recognize the range, either range or instructions are bad. Stuck on Celsius, won't change. website/Bluetooth. Defective range or bad instructions, opted out for a service call.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall a good unit...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a great unit, a few changes would make this better. The button on the control panel are a little difficult to push, make these more responsive. The timer... who thought that 1-minute increments on a button that's not responsive was a good idea? Why can I not put in bigger increments than 1 minute? Bad design idea! Lastly the painted surface can be more durable! It is after all used daily.
I would recommend this to a friend!
