Biggest regret of my life

In 2019 we bought a full kitchen. My parents still have their Kitchenaid appliances from before I was born. Everything has needed to be fixed. My oven has been replaced 2 times. That took a year of the appliance repair guys coming out over and over again. If you buy this your insane. Kitchenaid no longer builds quality. Its some trash company up charging for a name that once was respected

Touch screen inoperable

Purchased March 2026. Inoperable touch screen after a month of ownership. Button stuck consistently, errors out, then goes out completely. Power cycle fixes briefly. Cleaning with microfiber cloth fails to fix issue. Waiting on replacement of screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the design and works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weve been using this oven for a little while now and so far I love it. The shiny front knobs give it a really high end look and I love that it doesnt have the big control panel on the back. It makes the kitchen feel much more open and modern especially since we just renovated. It also leaves a lot more room for our future backsplash.
It has way more features than I expected. The cooktop has expandable burners so you can use single double or triple ring depending on the size of pot or pan.. theres a pizza mode that im excited to keep using and it also comes with a steaming option. One thing I noticed right away was how fast this oven preheats compared to our old one. The display walks you through the different cooking modes instead of just winging it. Overall it feels like a well thought out appliance and I would definitely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the new oven. Gives readout as oven preheats. Love that feature. Much newer electric range than what we were using and have figured out the different levels of the top elements. Heats consistently and even.
