[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice range, I rated it at a 4 not because of the range but because of the lack of information on how to utilize all of the ranges many features! We never had the opportunity to utilize convection cooking before purchasing this range so had no idea on where to start using air baking, air frying or the new feature of moisture baking. There are so many different features on this range with very little documentation on the how and when to use them. There are many options for burner sizes and heat ranges. It can accomodate everyone of the many pots and pans that we own! The oven is large but only has two racks. I really like the warm zone burner, it holds a consistent temp with out over cooking the food. This feature would be even better if it was set at the temp needed to pasturize things like eggs!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this KitchenAid range for a little while now and it’s been good overall. Haven’t used it for anything crazy or extravagant yet, but for day-to-day cooking, it’s completely functional and does exactly what you’d expect a good range to do. Heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and handles normal weeknight meals with zero hassle. No complaints—happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my purchase. Range works great. My only concern is the cheap plastic knobs. My last KitchenAid range had them too. They broke and I had to use pliers to turn the knobs. Please reinforce them with at least a little bit of metal so they don't snap off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be working OK. Major problem is figuring out all the bells and whistles. I found the operating instructions to be confusing. This replaced a 43 year old oven so there is a major learning curve involved here.

Disappointed slow cook times.

Limit the number of times the door is opened. Use the oven light to check baking progress. Opening the oven door allows heat to escape and the oven to cool.
Importance of Preheating
Preheating is necessary for good results. Allow the oven to fully preheat before inserting food.
Do not open the door to insert food until the preheat tone sounds.
Was the Correct Cycle Selected?
Ensure the correct cycle (e.g., bake, proof, warm) is selected and the desired temperature is entered. Refer to the Owner's Manual for cycle information and instructions on using the control.
Does the oven need to be calibrated?

Our island has a peninsula

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once again you don't know how bad the old appliance was until the you get the new one! I am thrilled with this range! I like to bake and so far this range has not disappointed. My only frustration with it is not the ranges fault. Either we measured wrong and/or the units measurements are listed wrong on both Home Depots and Kitchenaid's website because it is deeper than the space we had in our island. We thankfully have additional depth but now we have to have the granite counter top cut by two inches to get the range back and not sticking out so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this range for about 3 weeks now. Really like this range's ability to cook/bake! Love the many size choices on the cooktop. Oven air-fry is great and so rapid. Preheat in oven and cooktop rapid and great. Temperature consistency appropriate.
Reasons why I did not give 5 stars (would be 4.5 starts if it was available):
Main reason: Did not arrive with anti-tip device-I feel it should have been in the original box. Now am worried our grand daughter could get injured while we wait for the device.
The edges of the control board have already caught items such as salt, liquid drops, etc. Would like to know if the control board has a seal on the inside that may reduce the amount of small items that may get into it via the edges.
Cannot find instructions how to increase timer volume which is now silent and basically not helpful. Nothing on that in any of the instructions or on-line. Should not have to use another device to tell me the bake/cook time is done.
