[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's taken a couple of visits from technicians to center the door on the range and level it. The range controls have turned off and are difficult to get back on. The promised free griddle offer that was included in the instruction packet is apparently not really a thing. The brass handles are not available until February and the date for the handles has been delayed several times. So far, not too impressed. The range does work and I've been offered a couple of "opportunities" to add to my warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful gas range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the range and dishwasher in the new black ore color. We're extremely happy with both. The only issue I have is that we can't find an under counter vent, or a standard depth 36" fridge (without the water on the outside) in the same color.

My only complaint is that I’ve tried to contact kitchenaid multiple times regarding the griddle that was supposed to be included and I haven’t received any responses.
