I debated for a long time whether to leave 4 or 5 stars, but I ultimately decided to go with 5 stars to avoid ruining the rating. The computer is perfect for gaming; with DLSS, any heavy AAA game runs at 100+ fps in 1440p.
So, the problem: after turning it on for the first time I discovered that the processor temperature had reached 94 degrees without any load on pc. (In the BIOS!) Using AI, I immediately found the culprit. It turns out the person who built the computer hadn't removed the film from the water cooling pump between the pump and the processor itself, causing the processor to overheat. This isn't a big problem, but as someone with ABSOLUTELY no computer knowledge, I was a little scared to remove the pump by my self. Plus, I had to buy thermal paste, as the high temperature had ruined the previous one.
I am definitely happy with the purchase after all!

Love having the clear case and RGB lighting. Been following Thermaltake for many years now and they make great tech products including this pre-built system

My first impression on this PC is amazing. It is been about 10 days of using, it works perfectly, and I have not faced any issues with it so far. However, if something happens in the future, I will update this review.
There is something that I want to mention. The motherboard in the pictures is different from what I have gotten. I mean the colors and the shape of it. Otherwise, everything is the same. By the way, they mentioned this in the description of the product.

Great PC but missing a part

My PC arrived without the tempered glass piece for the back. It says edge to edge tempered glass in description but not in the back for the cable management. Not sure if that's part of the case design but still not sure. Also have to go into bios and change a few settings and adjust some things. RGB on fans was not working properly out of the box.
