Good build

I had it for the month now, everything works fine, didn't have any issues that other people mention, no crashes. The only thing is it gets quite warm if playing for 1-2 hours, but nothing critical.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great if you can get it working

To start, this PC is priced very well for the components that are included in the system, especially with the current market, and now that I have the system up and running correctly it is working great.
However, when this PC was shipped to me, it had a corrupted graphics card driver, it took me 8 hours to go through multiple fixes and trouble shooting issues before I could figure out why I was getting crash after crash after crash. As a consumer, you would expect for a pre built gaming PC to work for gaming out of the box…. For someone less computer savvy they probably would have thought the computer was broken.
The PC when running is great, however there needs to be some QC or testing from ThermalTake that is more than just running a benchmark in order to ensure that the system functions out of the box for their customers. I’m sure the system would have 4-5 star reviews across the board if people did not run into this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This PC has been working well for me, but within a couple of weeks of use I’ve already encountered hardware problems with my power supply. Randomly under load like gaming and discord or pcvr the PC will just randomly shut itself off completely. It’s a good PC but you get sold an incomplete product with a very serious problem that can lead to issues with the graphics card and other components. The worst part is that if you have problems later down the line with such components and it’s due to a faulty power supply, awful tech companies might not give you warranty or coverage, you can’t build PCs and sell them with faulty components and then complain when you have to fix other components that your own incompetence has caused. I got a good deal for it so I’m not too mad but this behaviour is stingy and cutthroat. I will be attempting to get shipped a new power supply from the manufacturer but I’m not gonna give this a good rating, I was sold an incomplete product with a very serious component problem that can cause long term damage, I’m not buying a new PC every 2 years and I’m confident that that’s exactly why you sell crap like this. I also pay a monthly subscription to your geek squad stuff, so if you have a solution let me know otherwise take this into consideration and make sure these PCs actually work well before sending a $3000 machine to people.

so far ive had the pc a week now and it has crashed about a dozen times. i am not sure whats going on as the event viewer doesnt give enough details.

GPU fans failed due to power delivery issue under load. AMD Adrenalin stress test showed total board power spiking down to 0W when load reached 300W, coinciding with fan failure. Issue reproducible. Fans would only work when gentle pressure applied to GPU shroud, indicating loose internal connection in power delivery circuit. Clear manufacturing defect in VRM or power connector assembly.

i have been stress testing this pc for a week now and everything is working flawlessly hardware and software. quality parts and a very good looking setup specially when fired up. you throw games at it on ultra settings it does not care. wiring is done very neatly for a non modular psu. very impressive build for its price.
