[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with my new range. Have used the Air Bake twice and am still learning.
My Big disappointment is that the stove did NOT come with a manual book. All I was given were instructions for installing. I have gone on line and read what few instructions I could find.
Also….I can barely hear the timer!! I cannot figure out how to increase the volume! Help!!
Trying to adjust to the burner knobs being Low at the top and High at the bottom.

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really hope I just got a lemon, this is the first new stove I’ve ever had and I haven’t gotten to use it yet and I’ve had it for 3 weeks. Currently waiting on my second service visit. Hopefully this time it actually works longer than one use. Oven says it’s at temp but it’s barely warm inside. VERY disappointed that I have a new oven and haven’t got to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm excited this stove offers an air frying option. Haven't used that feature yet, but I did use the steam clean option which I loved! No longer do I need to use harsh chemicals to keep my oven clean.

Very nice range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range is still pretty new to me, I haven't had the opportunity to use all the features yet. I do like the burner setup and are finding them convenient to use. The range is attractive with its square design and looks very nice. I live in a cold climate and burning off the residue in the oven was challenging because I had to wait until it was above 15º to open the window—no fan in my kitchen, and I have a pet bird so fumes were not good. I let it thaw overnight before I tried to use it. (picture shows frost!) One thing I didn't like were all the foil stickers inside the oven door! All languages, and extremely difficult to remove the sticky residue. It took me almost an hour, and so unnecessary to have all those plastered all over.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's a smoker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice range, however, it smokes like crazy on startup. It is recommended to operate the oven at 350 degrees for an hour to burn off the oils from the manufacturing process. We had to open windows and doors and use a couple of fans to get rid of the burning oil smell and smoke from the range. We have parrots so if you have pets you will need to plan for this. Something should be done at the manufacturing center to fix this before the consumer is allowed to buy the range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the range for a week now. Cook top works well and the controls are simple and easy to use. Only one bake in the oven so far, which turned out well. Time will tell if the temperature is calibrated properly and heats evenly. Only issue on the first use of the oven was a smelly smoke from the oven vent the first time it was turned on to preheat. We took this as burning off any chemical residue from the manufacturing process. If it occurs again we'll contact service.

Also the alert indicators for hot glass top surface is way too small. Also my wife has been struggling with determining correct actual in oven temperature. I have noticed it takes at least twice as long to heat up to bake a frozen pizza 🍕. We mainly purchased this range for hopeful better reliability than the L G range that this I replaced.
