Quiet & Squeaky clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Kitchenaid dishwasher a few weeks ago and are very pleased. It is so quiet you can not know it is running. We like its new features like gently opening the door to alert that the was cycle is complete.

The only thing I might mention as a negative is that the cleaning and drying cycles take a bit longer than I expected.

Change is good

Finding things that fit on the third shelf, etc is complicating an otherwise great relationship! Therapy has helped. And so has having sparkling clean dishes, regardless of where they land. Highly recommend.

Wonderfull Upgrade! DIshes now squeeky clean!

Bought this unit to replace 12 year old unit that had some wear/damage to the rack and utensil holder, as well as cosmetic damage to the exterior. The old unit was rated 39 DB, and was very quiet, so I was a bit concerned with this unit being 44 DB? However, the new unit is silent! We literally cannot hear it run unless we're right next to it! But the best part is, even though we use the exact same detergent pods, the new unit cleans SIGNIFICANTLY better! I can't explain it - it's not just the large debris that is cleaned better, but the dishes are actually squeeky clean when we remove them? My wife and I are baffled (in a good way) at just how clean and spot free the dishes and glasses are. Add to this a superior rack design for much better loading, and a better touch control bar on top, and we could not be more pleased. The fact that it pops open when done is the cherry on top! To the KitchenAid design folks...well done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently received this dishwasher- first of all company provided installation service which was very helpful. It has larger capacity than my previous dishwasher. Its drawback is that it makes lot of noise but that’s not a problem. It cleans dishes very nicely.

Roomy and quiet!

Design flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this dishwasher for a month now and i do love it for its cleaning power and multiple racks, however there is a serious design flaw.
The top rack hangs up on the top blade when you push the rack back. I literally cannot put the top rack back in place without putting my hand up onto the top blade and holding it up so the rack can pass underneath. it is very tricky little maneuver and very annoying for the price. If you don't mind that issue it is a great machine so far.
