[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this and installed 3 weeks ago. Worked for 1 cycle then displayed H2O error code. Set up repair service call which would take 10 days to happen. Was called the day the appointment was scheduled to fix machine telling me part was not received yet. (had not even seen dishwasher yet) but assured me it would be fixed by end of week which was this past Friday. No call No show No functioning dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher broke (it was not that old and was a higher end brand). I wanted to get a new brand since I was not happy with my old one breaking so soon and I purchased the Kitchenaid 360 Max Jets 3rd rack with Pro Dry. I am so impressed! It's better than I expected. Dishes are clean, I don't need to pre wash them and when they are done they are actually dry and don't have water pooled in some spots. It is the same overall size as my previous dishwasher, yet it fits about 1/3rd more dishes! I really love it and could not be happier with my choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago after moving into my house in texas, it already had a Bosch dishwasher installed and is was not drying the dished at all, no heating element! So i bought this model kitchenaid and it is wonderful it dries perfectly like it should with element!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a new Kitchenaid dishwasher to replace an aging Kitchenaid. This unit is so quiet and a powerful cleaner with several clean/dry options. I like the third rack option and stainless steel interior. So glad we upgraded!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my new dishwasher. It is so quiet. You cannot hear anything when it is operating. The tub is so deep and with the really deep top shelf it can accommodate many plates, bowls, and pans.
