Great quality, clean dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very well made and excellent quality. With a brand like kitchenaid they specialize in everything kitchen so they know what they are doing. This dishwasher first of all cleans dishes especially well, rarely if ever do we see any residue. I feel confident that my dishes are truly clean. It’s quiet. Also the capacity is very good the top dish rack can also hold cups along with serving utensils. Our old dishwasher had a lot of plastic parts and wasn’t designed to last…this dishwasher has sturdy metal parts and you can tell it is going to last awhile. We are very happy with our purchase and will consider this brand for all our appliance needs:)

A good model overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The three shelves provide ample space. We can fit more dishes and glasses into this machine in comparison with the previous one. However, tall baking trays don't fit this model and have to be washed by hand. We had this machine for over three months and did not have any issue with the cleaniness. Overall the washing quality is high. We also had no issues with crisping and frying. We like the front opening mechanism - this helps to dry the load, especially for the late evening runs. The machine is extremely quiet. There is no noise coming from the machine, it sounds like a gentle wind blowing outside.

Needs some improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would have liked more options other than 4 hours,on the delay start.
Having to open and pull out the bottom shelf to load utensils is not good. Utensil basket on the door would be more efficient and less wear and tear on the shelf rollers.
Cleans very well and is quiet.

Frustrating Rack Design
on November 2, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having no printed manual provided is a big problem. 3rd rack design does not allow normal sized coffee cups to fit, but is too sloped for other utensils or dishes. Small rack for individual cutlery is useless - too small and unnecessary. Dark red parts showing "turn" circles do not move. Again, no manual to consult, so no way of knowing how to use these. Back row of prongs in bottom rack does not line up the the rows of prongs next to it, so dishes are at a angle and do not fit well.

Adequate upgrade from 25 yo model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: super quiet, gets dishes clean, outside has clean lines and is attractive, control panel is straight forward.
Cons: Takes 2.5 plus hours to wash and dry a load (hoping that the energy and water efficiency stats are reliable!!); loading is NOT intuitive despite advertising all manner of configurations, in NO way can handle 15 place settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the high capacity of this dishwasher. It is quiet and cleans the dishes thoroughly, even when loaded to max capacity.
