Great dishwasher but terrible owners’ manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this new dishwasher. It cleans the dishes really well, and it’s wonderful having the third rack for little extra things. I have been using it on air dry only (no power dry) and the dishes are all dry by the time I put them away in the morning. (They do have time overnight to dry.) I do have a complaint though: I would have given it 4.5 stars if I’d been able to because it came with basically no instructions for using it. I found the owners’ manual online, and it too gave only the sparsest amount of information. Finally a week after we had it delivered, I got an email with links to information pages that told a fair bit more. But I don’t like this new trend of giving only limited information that applies to a whole range of dishwashers instead of details that apply to the brand and model I purchased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the third tier for lg. Utensils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this a couple weeks but, so far it's been wonderful! Cleans and dries well. Also it runs very quietly. I like that the door opens after the drying cycle to help air dry the dishes. Great feature!

Love how easy it is to move the racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dishwasher for about 2 weeks now. There is a learning curve on the best way to load the dishes we use, but it does seem to hold more with that 3rd rack. I never rinse dishes before loading, I just scrape the food off and so far everything has come out clean on the normal and auto settings. I love how the washer displays the time it will take for any different combination of settings. One time, we were getting company and in order to finish the load before they arrived, I used quick wash and air dry. Everything was clean! I have to say that I love the air dry feature. I usually set the delay to start the washer after midnight, when electricity is the cheapest here, and use air dry too. When I come into the kitchen, the door is popped open and everything is ready to put away. The third rack seems much more usable than my second choice brand and I can easily set a delay on the machine instead of having to use an app, like the other brand.
I know Maytag was not measured to be the quietest of all the competition, but I’ve had to look for the light to see if it is running. I can barely hear it and it certainly doesn’t interfere with watching tv in our open plan family room.
My old Maytag dishwasher lasted 16 years without any service calls. The cycle selection was getting fussy, so I thought it was time to replace it, but it was still working when it left.
I chose this dishwasher over my second choice brand because the racks moved easier, the third rack was more usable, the delay feature was easy to set, my experience with Maytag reliability and I liked the air dry feature. It was very nice that the price point was lower too!

Cleans fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a very good job washing and cleaning dishes. The third rack is mostly useless, as today’s mugs and silverware do not fit into the rack as pictured. small cups and glasses and larger utensils fit into the third rack.

Great Dishwasher, quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the dishwasher Nov 24,2025 so it has been almost a month, so far we are very pleased. My husband installed the unit with out too much trouble and it seems to be running well with no issues. It runs very quietly and consistently gets our dishes clean. We appreciate we don't have to pre rinse except for scraping off large food particles and everything looks clean.
The top shelf has been handy able to fit a few extra items. And the drying performance has been solid.
Over all, we're happy with this dishwasher and would recommenced it based on our experience so far.

It gets dirty dishes and pans exceptionally clean. Plastic wear is dry, no water droplets to hand dry. The top utensil rack frees up good usable room below

While this one is a little bit louder than the KitchenAid I'm happy with a performance. The reason for four stars is that I have to call for service because there is a buzzing sound coming from the unit.
