Cleans well but lacks polish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is cleaning very well. The main issue for the 3 star is the lack of convenience features and the quality of the front door hinge. I would like to see a much stronger door hinge, it doesn't consistently over extend but it can and there is no way to stop it from wearing out. For the interior storage, the simplicity will definitely cause the racks to last longer, but there are just less stocking options available (fold down options for lids, cooking utensils etc.). On top of that, there are pretty large caps in the standard racks allowing items to slide out pretty easily, especially around the front and back of the drawers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had Maytag dishwasher that was still working after 20y.. After years operating other models, we are back with Maytag. Up to now it is working as expected. Very quite and and dishes are just superb.

Good Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this dishwasher about a week, so hard to judge it fully. I love the larger capacity and while you can’t fit a ton of things on the 3rd rack, I still think it’s more functional than the ones that are only for utensils. The load I did last night came out with spots on everything, even though I used a rinse aid. And even with auto dry and power dry, a lot of stuff still comes out wet. It is a little noisy, but my last dishwasher was louder so I guess it’s an improvement. Still learning how to optimize its use, but overall I think it’s a good value.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Some of the pegs that hold the dishes have got bend which I am not sure how this has happened. It is pretty quiet. Filtration is great . not seeing any crumbs hanging around.

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher on the recommendation of a family member to replace an old, noisy dishwasher. We like the greater efficiency and the air drying mode that opens the door to vent. We have not used heated or power drying yet. Air drying does well with most dishes and glasses, except those that trap water. We also like the top rack for utensils and the adjustable middle rack. I would like to be able to remove the top rack when we have high dishes though and wish we had received a paper quick start guide.
