Washes Like A Dream But Annoying Buzzing Noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third KitchenAid dishwasher. We are a repeat customer for a reason. The most recent model has some great shelf adjustments and the auto door opening at the end of the wash cycle is a nice touch. Our only complaint is the buzzing noise. We have an open concept home and the noise is very annoying. We’ve had a service call and the tech said that’s just the way they sound. If you can live with the buzzing, you will enjoy this dishwasher.

Quit working after 3 washes for an expensive dishw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Read the reviews and decided to purchase this one based on reviews and features. Ran three loads and two error codes showed up and only way to fix was to replace the dishwashers because rings were bad. Back to not having a working dishwasher and took 10 days to get replaced. Very disappointing won't be buying Kitchenaid brand again,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishwasher

Cleans Very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the dishwasher myself as I did a Bosch years ago. The first thing I noticed is the unit had 1" of fiber insulation draped over the unit like half a sock on a foot. As expected the unit was hard to get the insulation and machine in the space allotted for the dishwasher. The dishwasher also came with some aluminum tape with no instructions on where to use it. After googling possible uses, I found that it was to be put above the opening of the cabinet to prevent water vapors from warping a wooden countertop. If you have a wooden counter i would use good flashing to prevent damage. The back 2 Leveling feet had to be adjusted before installation as there is no access after installation. The Bosch has a front adjuster for the back feet. The front foot panel had 2" thickness of the insulation that had to be tape in place so I could install the front toe kick plate. Instructions warn not to let the insulation hit the float switch. There is no way to know after the plate goes up. Just pointing out petty quality issues. The dishwasher cleaned on normal cycle very well. Letting the door pop open, aids to the drying process a lot. I bought the Kitchen Aid because the washing parts are all stainless steel. The Bosch has plastic rotating parts.

Great dishwasher
