Spacious racks and washes well, but noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher looks great, the racks are spacious, and it appears to clean effectively. However, it is noticeably loud during operation.
The model I replaced was a KitchenAid KDTF924PPS rated at 39 dBA. It was so quiet you could not tell it was running. By comparison, the new unit, rated at 44 dBA, has a clearly higher and more noticeable noise level.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Bosch died after 6 years. I think Bosch has really gone down hill. It never washed that great and seemed kinds cheap. This model feels premium and gets everything clean and bone dry. Fingers crossed it lasts!

Poor Build Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed in the purchase of my Kitchenaid dishwasher. The build quality is significantly less than expected. Installation is complex due to poorly engineered water line and water discharge connection locations. Tines are vertical and allow dishes to flop back and forth causing damage. In all, I expected more from a top model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our “builder grade” GE dishwasher was terrible. Plastic interior, door gaskets would come loose and leak, soap pods didn’t always dissolve. So after 1-1/2 yrs we had enough. Love all the features our new Kithenaid has
