Holds less dishes than dishwasher it replaced.

Love the larger 3rd rack!

Nice replacement for “old” KA DW

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous KA DW lasted 14 1/2 years, a good run! It was so nice to transition into one with “similar” bones and familiar options that also had improvements. I am going to like that upper third rack for small stuff.that I had to be very careful of in the old one. It sounds picky, but the size and slant of the silverware slots is redesigned so that it is nearly impossible for any of the utensils to “spoon!” (Someone put some real thought into figuring out something so minor but useful.). The sound level is a nice upgrade from my previous one…on par with straining to hear if that is just a gentle shower on the roof or the HVAC background fan.
My only suggestion might be one more graded downward adjustment to the middle rack for the times I have a lot of bulky plastic items (tall food processor bowls, storage containers, etc.) and no tall plates, etc for the bottom rack)

The stainless steel is absolutely beautiful, with large capacity it holds everything I need to clean. It washes fast and is very quiet doing its job. It hasn’t needed any maintenance, it was pretty easy to set up and it hasn’t had any issues since. I absolutely adore this kitchen aid -
