Difficult Installation process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleased with performance of the dishwasher but very disappointed in the complexity of the installation process vs. competitive dishwashers I have purchased. Having to remove and reinstall portions of the dishwasher (drip pan and float switch) to install is not user friendly. Suggest the drain hose be pre-installed and the electrical connection be a quick plug cord at the DW terminating to a electric plug. This is common with your competitive DW's.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wow! So Clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed at the amount of usable space in the dishwasher. I can fit almost two days of dishes for a family of 4 in this. The top rack is actually usable for more than flat utensils. There are no middle sprayers that get in the way. And I do like the pop-open feature when the cycle is done running.
I cannot believe how clean my dishes are.... I wish that I got a new machine sooner!
The only drawbacks I have are: 1) I wish the normal cycle was shorter - no I have not tried the express setting yet; 2) I wish I had a "no heat dry feature"; 3) I wish the clearance on the bottom rack was a little higher.
Regarding items 2 & 3, not every machine is going to have your dream list of things. These are concessions that I knew full well were not options when I got my device and I am still SUPER happy with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The spacious bottom rack is perfect for accommodating larger pots and pans, making it easy to fit all my cookware without any hassle. One of my favorite aspects is how quietly it operates, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful kitchen environment while it works its magic.
The design offers ample room for dishes of all shapes and sizes, which is incredibly convenient. After a wash, everything comes out sparkling clean and beautifully dry, exceeding my expectations every time. It's truly a wonderful addition to my kitchen!

Like magic. All the features you wish you had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really happy with my new KitchenAid 360 Max Key Third Row Dishwasher.
The stainless door looks sleek and feels sturdy, which is nice since it’s right in the open in my kitchen. The bottom rack holds my big pans and plates without a problem, and the middle shelf is easy to adjust for glasses and bowls.

The third row on top is my favorite because it has spots for mugs and small glass cups. This eliminates a lot of room to really fit more into the middle shelf.
Mather of fact… I don’t know if I can pick just one favorite feature because the middle shelf is adjustable. It has tabs and goes up and down so if you have something too large on the bottom or something taller in the middle shelf, you can adjust it easily!! Everything comes out spotless, with no food bits stuck on, and it actually dries really well—even plastic containers. Definitely grateful I upgraded!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does an excellent job of cleaning. Would like to have taller dividers in silverware container, when the topis removed for larger handles items they ten to lean over too much. My first dishwasher over 50 years ago was a Kitchenaid. It had more options to fold down the pegs in bottom and second row so I was able to get larger pans in to wash and that made it easier to put in taller bowls. Miss those features a lot.
