dishes are spotless and shiny, totally dries everything. This 3rd rack holds so much. The best dishwasher ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for a another Kitchenaid dishwasher that was leaking. It was 6 years old and rather than trying to find someone to fix it, we bought a new one. This one has a few upgraded features from our last one like a display that shows how much time is on the cycle, the door opens once cycle is complete to release steam, and the third
rack will accommodate small cups and larger utensils. This one is even quieter than our old one. We always ran the dishwasher before we went to bed but we can run this one anytime. The racks do not slide as easily as the old one though. That is mildly annoying.

Really cleans without rinsing and dries!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the same dishwasher as our friends because they never have to rinse their dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. I tested it and it really does eliminate rinsing. It dries the dishes also. What a concept! Additionally, we are sold on having the third rack that holds cereal bowls.

Good but takes forever to run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old KA dishwasher which served so well for over 10 years. It cleaned so well and in a relatively short time. Alas, the new one (even though it cleans as well) takes forever to run through a cycle (the shortest cycle [Express Wash) takes almost 2 hours and have yet to use any other cycle which would take 3 or more hours. The top level is very handy for long knives/spatulas, etc. and for tall glasses and bottles. The section for bottles has an underside spray which goes into the bottles to clean.
