[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our fourth dishwasher and they all have been kitchenaid. Had 1st one 15 yrs, 2nd 10 yrs, 3rd 3 yrs.which was disappointing. The 4th dishwasher seems to does a better job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it for about a month & am liking mostly everything about it other than it takes so long to run cycles. It has 3 usable levels with plenty of room & I like that it has a timer so I can run it overnight as well.

Great dishwasher, poor documentation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the machine is flawless, but being a diy-er and a first time dishwasher install, it was difficult to find everything. The instructions that came with it only focused on getting power hooked up. There was nothing on where the drain was or how to use the dishwasher. Fortunately I have good neighbors that are willing to lend a hand. I feel that detailed instructions would help immensely to the people that are new to the self install.
On the machine itself, it’s quiet, it cleans and dries like a dream.
I can’t hear it running and often need to check it. It has a good design and pairs well with my other KitchenAid appliances.

Didn't work out of the box ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was all hooked up and ready to go , and When we turned it flooded our floor. Service man from local repair shop came out and said something wrong with the pump motor assembly . Has to replace it . Has been almost 2 weeks without a washer. First Kitchen Aid appliance I have ever purchased. Might be the last ?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible dishwasher

H2O Error Code
Cycle is paused
Ensure water supply is turned on to the dishwasher.
Check to make sure there are no kinks in the water supply hose.
Once water supply is corrected, press start and the dishwasher will attempt to fill and resume the cycle
