Possible Improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the dishwasher is really good. However, our previous dishwasher held more plates and the large and small plates didn't touch each other. When they were loaded in the bottom rack. The very top rack doesn't seem to hold very many cups. It would be nice if the utensil caddy was a little bit larger.

Love Our New Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our JennAir for almost 19 years with no issues with it, other than the racks begin to rust and the front panel had broken. No longer able to get parts, so we purchased this KitchenAid a month ago. So far we have been very pleased and it has been excellent. I was a little unsure at first how it would work with the door popping open to finish drying, however; it works great, very quiet unit and looks great. We hope this dishwasher will last years as well.
