Better racks needed
on July 5, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is very quiet, and I love that the door automatically pops open when the cycle is finished. What I don't love are the racks that hold the plates. They don't seem to be sized very well, so my dishes don't fit as naturally as they should. This model has three racks, which was one of the reasons I chose it, but I'm still trying to figure out the best way to load my dishes and glasses. Overall, it's a good dishwasher, but the rack design could definitely be improved.

Loud and very long dry cycles
on April 13, 2026
Posted by: Rebexh
This dishwasher is really loud and has long dry cycles on normal settings. For a normal wash with standard dry options, it generally takes 4 hours to complete a load of dishes. I called maintenance for the loud, almost constant sounds. While there, he suggested I turn the hot water on in my sink first to heat up the water and see if that shortens the cycle at all. It cleans the dishes fine but you have to be willing to put up with the noise. I expected a quieter, shorter experience. I’m disappointed and regret purchasing it.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the issue you are experiencing with your Dishwasher long drying cycles. We value our customers and are committed to ensuring our products meet high standards. We have included information that we hope is helpful: To improve your dishwasher's drying performance, focus on these essential steps: Rinse Aid: Use rinse aid to optimize drying and prevent spots and streaks. Check the indicator and adjust the dispense setting higher (incrementally) if spots or streaks are present. Loading: Load items at an angle to promote water runoff and prevent pooling. For best results, place plastic items in the third-level rack (if available); avoid the lower rack. Water Temperature: Ensure your hot water supply is at least 120°F (49°C). Dry Cycle: Always select a heated dry cycle, such as the default Heat/Pro Dry option or the Extended Dry option (which adds 15 minutes for better performance). Enable the Door Open Dry option if available to vent moisture. Heating Element Check: With Sanitize Option: Run the cycle; the Sanitize LED should be on steady (not blinking) upon completion. With Heat Dry Option: Run a 1-hour wash cycle with Heat Dry selected (total time ~1.5 hours); the dishes should feel warm afterward. If the element fails either test, service may be needed. So far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hesitate to leave a review after only a few months of review, as I think most things work well, at first, but I can confidently say that I love the layout of this dishwasher and it seems to dry things pretty well which was an issue with our last model. I'll be curious to see how it stands the test of time, but for now, I'm very much enjoying the extra space on the third rack for mugs and small cups and bowls - it makes a world of difference for my family.

Cleans decent, but rack tines are poorly spaced.
on March 17, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is nice, but the rack tines are spaced further apart than on any dishwasher I have ever owned. I even compared family and friends' dishwashers just to see... the tines on this dishwasher are spaced so wide that no plate, bowl, or anything small can be held securely. Everything flops over because the tines are spaced too far apart to keep things secure. It really limits how you can put things in this dishwasher and standard dishes can not be put in safely or securely. I'm sure they saved a bit of metal, but it makes the product far, far less enjoyable. Otherwise, it does clean okay (except on enameled cast iron or non-stick; those always have some weird residue or dirt applied more than removed. I now hand-wash all those items) and it is very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was installed about 3 weeks ago. So far I'm pleased with it. I like that it has three levels and holds more than my old one. I like the specialty areas for various sizes and shapes of items which I am still learning to use to best advantage. I like the feature that slightly opens the door for steam release at the end of the cycle. It is very quiet running.
