My impressions so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall i’m very happy with my purchase. I love the three racks. My only issue is the bottom rack does not hold my big dinner plates up straight. They tend to top over and lean to the right. On the other hand, everything is cleaned well and I can fit a lot of dishes and cutlery and utensils in it.
It dries pretty well too. Although my mugs still have wet pools in the bottom when they are upside down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice looking dishwasher. It works as you would expect. It’s longer than I’d expect just when the water is filling the machine. The amount of plastic on this machine compared to the one I pulled out which was a KitchenAid from 17 or 18 years ago was really astonishing. The Insulation that they provide around the machine just floats on top, which is very unhelpful that extra step of glowing it down was just too much for them to do. all of the functions appear to be fine. The top mount display is nice, but you have to get used to not seeing it when it’s closed. The LED lights inside are not super bright, which is disappointing. There should be two additional lights at the bottom of the tub. Overall disappointing for the price.

Cleans below average when it works, now wont drain

Where do I even begin... I'll start with the Pros! This dishwasher looks great! I love the juniper green and it looks great in my kitchen. That's where the good things end. I have had this unit for about 4 months and have had nothing but issues. When it was new, it would run great, very quiet, but also it had quite long cycle times. A normal pro wash and pro dry cycle would take upwards of 3 hours to complete... My old Bosch and viking could do it in 2. The most upsetting part though, after 3 hours, dishes still came out dirty. I tried many detergent types and ways of loading the dishwasher. Still without fail, 2-5 pieces of cutlery or dishware would come out visibly still dirty and need a rewash.
Fast forward a few months of use, now the dishwasher "hard resets" and shuts down every time the door is open more than half way. Faulty wiring harness causing a short. Okay fine, the dishwasher still remains powered on and runs as long as the door is not bumped or touched.
3 weeks later, dishwasher wont drain. Drain cycle produces no noise, no pump sound and no water flowing. So now I get to sit with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, a faulty drain pump, faulty wiring harness and only 4 months old. Thanks kitcheanid!!!
Currently waiting for a new drain pump, motherboard and wiring harness to be installed. Knocking on wood my other 3 kitchenaid appliances are better than this dishwasher... Although the fridge did already need its icemaker replaced as well :(

It took a little reading to figure out which setting to use and the silverware slot is too narrow for some of my silverware but the top shelf fits them nicely! Love it!

Best Dishwasher ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've waited to review my Dishwasher. All I can say is "WOW". This is the best dishwasher I have ever purchased. It's beyond quiet, so much so that I forget it's running. It cleans unbelievably and dries so dry that when I check my dishes, I have to questioned did I wash them. Not having to clean a dirty filter is great.
The only con, if it can be call one is the capacity. I love the third rack, but loading the dishes is not that easy. I have yet to find a good loading technique, but still working on that. The holes for the utensils are not all useful because most handles of fork/spoons do not fit into the holes.
Overall the dishwasher is really great. If you are thinking about purchasing one, do yourself a favor and get one!

Impeccable Cleaning & Drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impeccable cleaning compared to our 2 prior Kitchenaid dishwashers. Capacity increased with new third rack option and interior lighting helpful on cloudy days. Dishes and plasticware are always dry and noise is barely perceptable if one is standing directly in front of machine. We’ve used machine only one week thus far but very happy with purchase.
