Best Dishwasher ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've waited to review my Dishwasher. All I can say is "WOW". This is the best dishwasher I have ever purchased. It's beyond quiet, so much so that I forget it's running. It cleans unbelievably and dries so dry that when I check my dishes, I have to questioned did I wash them. Not having to clean a dirty filter is great.
The only con, if it can be call one is the capacity. I love the third rack, but loading the dishes is not that easy. I have yet to find a good loading technique, but still working on that. The holes for the utensils are not all useful because most handles of fork/spoons do not fit into the holes.
Overall the dishwasher is really great. If you are thinking about purchasing one, do yourself a favor and get one!

Impeccable Cleaning & Drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impeccable cleaning compared to our 2 prior Kitchenaid dishwashers. Capacity increased with new third rack option and interior lighting helpful on cloudy days. Dishes and plasticware are always dry and noise is barely perceptable if one is standing directly in front of machine. We’ve used machine only one week thus far but very happy with purchase.

Best dishwasher yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid dishwasher is the best washer we have ever owned and used. This is the 2nd one we have owned in the past 30 years. The others before where Kenmore's. This one we now have now is by far the best , very quiet, we have to look at the indicator light to make sure it is on. The 3-rack system is nice because it is adjustable in a few ways to fit more and or different size pots pans, etc. They come out clean even with build up. We are very happy with purchase.

Design flaws

The silverware basket slides from front to back by 3 inches. Older models had a small auxiliary basket that fit in front of the main basket. I bought one online to cure this design flaw.
The door is sharp on the left and right sides. Then when the load is finished, the door pops open leaving a sharp edge at hand level. This flaw has gashed my wife's hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this dishwasher. I've had bad dishwasher luck the last 2 years and was so hesitant to buy a new one, but it did not disappoint. It cleans beautifully, is quiet, and it fits SO MUCH. The top rack for mugs and cups is amazing. Everything comes out sparkling and completely dry. Cups or plastic containers with a lip might have a little water in them, but that is to be expected. The interior light is a great touch. I've always been one of those people who thinks I need to rinse dishes before putting them in; I have finally cured myself of that habit because there is truly no need!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent High End Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid dishwasher has been a great purchase. Its capacity, interior lights, cleaning, and pop-open door drying is outstanding. It’s extremely quiet, too. I like the ability to see the control panel content even when the door is closed. Always been a KitchenAid fan and this appliance nails it. Highly recommended even with the higher price tag.

Outstanding Performance and Features

It's super quiet like my previous KitchenAid, and does a fantastic job of cleaning and drying the dishes as I expected it would. But the capacity is SO much greater! I don't know they did it, but it holds so much that I usually have to run it before it's completely full because I ran out of flatware or glasses. And the light? I don't think I can ever consider another dishwasher that doesn't light up when I open the door.
