Great picture poor connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the t v for a while now.And my first samsung, I have had several other TV brands and thus far this one has the poorest wifi connection. It drops out frequently while the others are working fine. Another drawback to this television is that you must have a samsung account logged in to even make the TV usable. On the plus side when the TV works the picture quality is good. I've move this TV to my bedroom now and placed the Vizio in the main living area now simply because of reliability of the connection.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Buffering during streaming is typically related to internet speed or signal strength. This can happen when your connection isn’t able to deliver data quickly enough for smooth playback.

We recommend the following steps to help improve streaming performance:
1. Use a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection, if available
2. Try a wired LAN connection for more stability
3. Reposition your router to minimize obstacles between it and the TV
4. Make sure your TV is running the latest firmware (Settings > Support > Software Update)
5. Run Device Care to optimize performance: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

If buffering continues, you may want to contact your internet service provider to check your current speed or explore upgrade options.

Samsung makes the greatest stuff on Earth. My phone is awesome. And now I got this TV and it's TOTALLY awesome. The resolution is perfect. The display is perfect. EVERYTHING about it rules. I'm Samsung for life.

The picture is clean and sharp, and the stand or legs of the TV are extremely sturdy. The controls are easy to understand and you can get to a streaming service seamlessly. You cannot go wrong with a Samsung!

The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, the contrast is excellent, and the viewing angles are great. The built-in apps run smoothly without any lag, and the remote is easy to use. The sound quality is surprisingly good even without external speakers. For the price, this TV offers outstanding value. Highly impressed and definitely recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture Quality: Delivers clear, crisp images with vibrant and sharp colors The remote is easy to use when switching through my fire stick and cable . Just wish it had another port for another output . The sound is loud enough and clear without a soundbar . I like this TV overall for the size of the room I have it in . Overall it is a good TV for the price I paid . Samsung puts out good products . This is my 3rd Samsung already . One lasted 12 years and the other one lasted like 10

One my best buys yet

Iwear Galaxy buds when watching so i can pause any live stream shows. Lose my remote a bit. Will definitely get another set later on

Awful connection and overall product

No matter what app you are on, it freezes. The connection gets lost and every live show freezes. I have other TVs that are not Samsung and do not have this issue at all. I barely use the tv because it’s that bad
