System often crashes, freezes or takes forever to load. Got this TV for free but if I didn’t I would probably be more upset.

Its a great perk, however, I don't care for the remote, or the tv. I find it difficult to manuver finding what I want to watch. My other TV's not Samsung are much easier to navigate. Picture is great.
