Streaming freezes too often

I have the highest speed router available and still cannot stream live tv uninterupted. Did not have this problem at all with my 40" Vizio. Need to power tv off and on to regain stream. Also sound is flat , not vibrant. Picture is great when not frozen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
