Anti-Glare is it's best feature

The Anti-Glare feature is the best new feature in any TV since 4K. It will be game changing for the TV industry. We LOVE it! We can now watch TV during the day in our bright Arizona living room with no glare and reflections. Amazing! The picture is fabulous. However, many settings are unavailable. In particular, The "Fit to Screen" function doesn't work I can not stretch old 4:3 shows to fill the screen. There no Zoom feature either. THE "FIT TO SCREEN" BUTTON NEEDS AN UPDATE SO THAT IT FUNCTIONS!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for sharing your review. If a menu setting on your TV is grayed out, it typically means the option is not currently available based on the input source, specific feature settings, or connected devices.

In many cases, grayed-out settings appear because a streaming app like Netflix or Hulu is running in the background. To resolve this, press and hold the Return button on your remote to fully exit the app. Then return to the settings menu – your options should now be accessible.

Here are a few other reasons a function may be unavailable:
• Picture Mode may be grayed out if HDR+ is enabled.
• Zoom and Position is only available when Picture Size is set to Custom - not 16:9 or 4:3.
• Certain options may also be disabled while content is actively playing from a specific source (e.g., HDMI or app).

Great clarity

The clarity of the TV is so perfect it's almost like being in the real scenario of what im watching. It's just so lifelike and the quality is amazing.

Amazing picture and so easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung is making a great TV with the Neo Qled but I haven't heard enough people taking about how easy it is to set up.
From first power on to having everything set up and ready to watch took minutes. The on screen prompts removed all previous paint points I've ever had previously.
Kudos Samsung on spending the time on user experience!

Thanks for sharing your experience. If your TV is powering on by itself, there are a few settings and external triggers to review:
1. Power On with Mobile – Your TV may be connected to the SmartThings app or other networked devices. To stop wake signals, turn this feature off: Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile = Off
2. Check for Active Timers – Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > System Manager > Time > Timer Settings, then disable any On Timers or Sleep Timers
3. Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) – If your TV is connected to external HDMI devices, one of them may be triggering power-on behavior. To disable this feature: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = Off
4. Software Update – Make sure your TV is up to date: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

If you’ve ruled out all the above and your TV still powers on unexpectedly, try unplugging it for 30 seconds. Should the issue continue, please call Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat agents are also available by clicking the ‘Support’ link on our website.
