Amazing Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a terrific picture quality. The NQ4 AI Gen 3 Processor makes for super easy and fast setup, navigating apps, installing new apps. Everything is seamless and fast. This TV is slim and light weight. It takes up so much less space than the old LCD I was replacing. It was easy to install. The Neo Quantum HDR feature must be the reason for the super vivid colors and better blacks than previous models. The Motion Xcelerator 165Hz feature seems very fluid and I haven't noticed any pixilation to faster action scenes. I haven't had any issues with glare even in a brighter room. This TV is amazing in picture quality, speed, and was very easy to set up and navigate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new NEO QLED series is the top of the line for sure. The picture is amazingly bright and clear thanks to the Motion Xcelerator 60Hz and the Color Booster Pro. The 4K upscaling is amazing. The colors are perfect and the screen looks great from every angle. The best feature is probably the 100% Color Volume with Quantum Dot. The set up process was easy since the TV literally walks you through step by step with voice guidance. Once set up, the remote has a button I can use to launch Netflix and other apps. This TV has great sound that gets even better when using Q-Symphony with a sound bar. The stand is well made and the base plate is heavy to prevent tipping over. It has several ports we can use to connect other devices too.

Great little TV for small spaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own several Samsung TVs including OLED and a very large QLED. I always wanted to get a Neo QLED with mini-LEDs to see the difference between the various display technologies. Upon starting up the TV the first thing I did notice was a little bit of blooming as the Samsung logo popped on which was surprising. Depending on the picture content, this TV does render good blacks and color. However, if I were to compare to my OLED and QLED there isn't a discernable difference. Therefore, I'm not sure if the cost is justified unless you are a videophile. I have compared QLED vs. Neo QLED and maybe it's just me but I feel the QLED does a better job in its picture quality at times because it does not have all the LEDs and zones to manage. This could only be a software thing and as additional updates are provided the picture may get better.
The AI optimization function to me does not do so well when enhancing picture quality. I see the same on my other Samsung TVs. I have found that the default Standard quality is the best, in my opinion.
The sound is OK but not great on this TV. A soundbar is definitely recommended for better sound. I use this TV for my home gym so primarily running exercise videos. It can upscale to a point but no TV including this one can turn a poor quality image into a stellar one. It does enhance it a bit but to the degree I would prefer.
As far as setting up the TV, this is fairly easy and you can connect to your Samsung account. It has Alexa or Bixby (not sure who uses this) built in and of course Smartthings to control your Smart devices. The layout of the main menu is pretty much the same as my other TVs but some improvements have been made when it comes to quickly accessing settings.
Overall, it's a solid TV for gaming or smaller space with pretty good picture quality when the source material is good.

Hi IronMan12,

We appreciate your feedback on Samsung’s QN90F TV. If the image doesn’t quite match your preferences, there are several adjustments you can make to better suit your viewing environment and content type.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:
• Standard – Ideal for general viewing
• Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces
• Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency
• Movie – Best for viewing in low light
• Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the content creator’s intent and disables motion smoothing for supported content

You can further customize your image by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, where you can adjust Brightness, Contrast, Color Tone, Sharpness, Contrast Enhancer and more.

If the sound still doesn’t meet your expectations, there are a few settings you can try adjusting:
Go to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
• Standard: Balanced sound without emphasis on any one range
• Optimized: Enhanced effects and spacious sound
• Amplify: Boosts mid and high tones to make dialogue clearer

You can also explore Expert Settings to fine-tune options such as Balance, Equalizer, Auto Volume, and more to match your personal preferences.

If you're considering expanding your setup, Samsung’s Q- and S-Series Soundbars (like the HW-Q900F) support Q-Symphony, a feature that synchronizes your TV and soundbar speakers for an immersive 3D audio experience.

You may have already explored these AI settings, but I wanted to offer the following adjustments in case they haven’t been tried yet:
To enable or customize AI Mode: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

Here’s a breakdown of available options:
Adaptive Picture
• AI Optimized: Automatically adjusts brightness and picture quality based on content and ambient light.
• EyeComfort: Adapts screen brightness and tone using local sunrise/sunset data and lighting in the room.
• AI Customization: Learns your preferences for different types of content (e.g., movies, sports) and applies your preferred settings.
EyeComfort Mode Settings: Manually adjust duration, start/end times, and intensity of EyeComfort Mode.
AI Customization > Detail Settings: Set specific Brightness, Contrast, Color, and Color Tone levels for each content type. (Note: Only available when AI Customization is enabled.)
Adaptive Sound Settings
• Active Voice Amplifier: Boosts dialogue when ambient noise increases.
• Adaptive Sound: Optimizes sound based on your space and the type of content.
• Adaptive Volume: Adjusts volume based on time of day and usage habits.

I hope these tips help! If you’d like additional assistance fine-tuning your picture or sound, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat is also available via the ‘Support’ link on our website.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a Samsung TV I had for 17 years wich finally quit. I had such good luck with the old TV I looked into Samsung new models. I bought a 50 inch Neo Qled. It has a fantastic picture, great sound and was easy to setup. I have a another Samsung that is 10 years old, when it goes I will replace it with another Samsung TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want a next-level entertainment experience, the QN90F Samsung Neo QLED 4K TV (2025) is an absolute must-have!
Upgrading from a 46-inch 1080p TV to this massive 75-inch beauty has completely transformed how I watch and enjoy content. The incredible 4K resolution, stunning brightness, and rich colors pull me into every scene, making everything look unbelievably lifelike. Whether I’m streaming, gaming, or watching live TV, the razor-sharp clarity and ultra-smooth motion make every moment feel immersive.
But it’s not just the visuals—everything about this TV is premium. From the lightning-fast responsiveness to the cutting-edge features that enhance every aspect of entertainment, it’s impossible not to love this upgrade.
Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with this TV—it’s the best entertainment decision I’ve made. If you’re thinking about upgrading, just do it—you’ll be blown away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV mostly to watch movies and series and I love to watch them in high quality and I love how the TV maintains the picture when there is sunlight and maintains the picture quality.
I play lot of play station games and i.play for hours and somehow I don't feel pain or anything in my eyes like I used to get with my old TV.

Bright And Matte QLED TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded from a 40-inch LED to Samsung’s new 43-inch Neo QLED, and the difference is striking—those extra 3 inches make a surprisingly big impact. The first thing that stood out was the TV’s ultra-slim profile and sleek matte finish, which completely eliminates screen glare. The picture quality is stunning: bright, sharp, and incredibly clear. Samsung’s AI technology is a real game changer—it automatically fine-tunes the colors for a consistently vivid and balanced viewing experience. We’re absolutely loving this TV, and with it set up in our guest room, I’m sure our visitors will be just as impressed.
