[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a Tesla and to use this charger you will need an adapter first of all. The charger is good price point and I keep it in my car when to have it wherever I go. The charger speed is good for about 4 -6 hours my Tesla was charged at 80%

If you need a level 1 charger to use in your garag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The charger works as advertised. Charges at 1kw/h on a 120v plug while pulling 111v at 12amps. This is comparable to the name brand charger that came with my car. It is compact and portable and fits in the frunk or side pocket in the trunk. Questionable safety due to the weight of the transformer and the style of plug they used. It could easily dislodge from the outlet due to its own weight. And it could also throw the gfci if it’s an outdoor plug and it rains due to it not staying completely in the receptacle. Also, this style charger connection, J1772, requires an adapter for my car, NACS, making it susceptible to theft and tampering. The factory charger locks in place and only the plug adapter can be stolen, which is easily and cheaply replaced. With this one, they can steal the whole unit by removing it from my J1772 adapter in my car’s
charge port.
