Arrived today & immediately put it to work because my shoulder has been killing me. Now I’m not the most jacked human, but the fit doesn’t quite lineup with my shoulder. So the contact with the hot/cold sensation is very poor. I also don’t feel like the max cold or max hot is enough to really be an effective form of treatment.
Very disappointed because other Hyperice products have been typically exceptional!

Beware almost all the reviews are incentivized

I had purchased one of these before realizing they were on expert voice. I just wanted to voice the issue of how it doesn't remotely sit correct on my shoulder, my partner's shoulder, three of our friend's shoulders, my dad's shoulder, and our 20-year-old daughter's shoulder. not one of us did it fit correctly. other hyperized products are much better... I would absolutely not spend money on this product.
if you look at all but I think two of the reviews not including mine. they are all incentivized. only one was honest about the shoulder fit piece.
