Stalls during operation.

The blending / ice crush function stalls after a few turns even when set on high option. I had to stir ice cubes around 4-5 times for it to crush ice completely. Even the other buttons do the same. Took about 2.5 mins before it turned ice to smoothie, even then there are a few remaining ice that was not smoothed. Need this machine to be replaced, maybe this one was just a bad batch, I'm willing to give it another chance.
