Went buff on the first connection

As so i plugged in the plug. The blender went buff and didn’t even make a single spin. Really dissatisfied with the product.

Unexpected "smart" blending

My previous blenders have all functioned the same way you turn it on it runs you turn it off. While it's running, the food climbs up the sides of the container. I have to stop, scrape the sides down, and start over again until the food is properly blended. Not so with the Bella Flip and Store blender. I was surprised to see and hear it pulse through the blending cycle so I never have to stop to scrape the sides down. Gravity pulls the larger chunks down into the blades and the operation is accomplished with no further intervention on my part. It's a great little machine.
