On-line purchased and pick up in person. Completely damaged. Then I exchanged for the 2nd, first using and noticed a small cracked (right out from the box). I did not like the taste of cooked waffle. It took approx 3-5 minutes for the waffle to cooked. I totally dislike the waffle maker. Since I already used the waffle maker I CAN'T RETURN and get my money back, so I ended trash it.
