Ceramic insert cracked

On third use, the ceramic insert holding the food.cracked when cooking at low 10 hour heat. Disappointing product, and disappointing to have food leaked through the cooker.

However when i opened the box and cleaned the pot and lid…the lid doesn’t sit flush on the pot. It seems it has been slightly warped which is disappointing
