Fell apart

We have only had the slim toaster for four months and the piece that you push down to slide the bread down, fell off. Needless to say it is unusable. Is there any way to fix it or would you like to send me a new one?

Toaster Malfunction: Lever Won't Stay Down

The toaster has stopped functioning properly and fails to keep the lever in the down position after inserting bread. The problem began after I observed a spark inside the toaster, which occurred during its last use. Following this spark, the mechanism that typically holds the lever down no longer engages, causing the toaster to immediately pop back up when pressed. As a result, the toaster is unable to initiate the toasting process. There is no visible damage on the exterior, but the spark might have caused an internal malfunction in the electrical or mechanical components.
