Disappointed

I bought this product and was very excited when it showed up yesterday. So you can imagine how excited I was to get to use it this morning. Unfortunately on its first use it was incredibly disappointing. One side of the bread was perfectly toasted, but the other side was just raw, warmed bread. I had to flip it just to toast the other side. Not sure what everyone else expects in a toaster, but me personally, I want a product I can trust to get "perfectly toasted bread in minutes." I will be shopping around for something different now. I was initially excited due to this products size, it is a beautiful product and is a perfect fit for my small apartment kitchen. But the quality has left me in a state of uncertainty. There are a few products I was going to purchase, this being the trial run, and now I do not trust in the quality, and that is unfortunate.

Great product… has the right settings to choose from, better because you can use long pieces of bread like Vienna bread. Doesn’t take much space! The perfect toaster I e been wanting and finally found it😊

Great colors and does not take up much space on your countertop or in the cupboard.

Love that this is a slim fit toaster. I have a small space and I don’t eat toast often. The big toasters don’t make sense. This is perfect for small storage.

This is the best toaster we have ever had. It feels very high quality and does a great job toasting. Love that we can toast two normal slices or one big sourdough slice!
