Cheaply made, bread burns on the second setting, will not hold 2 slices of bread unless the bread is overlapped and then it does not toast properly.

Love how long and slim it is! I can finally fit my sourdoughs in without having to flip them half way through. Also love the sliding bottom feature to clean breadcrumbs, so much easier than my last bulky toaster that had a trap door bottom.

We had a 4 slice toaster previously and with only 3 feet of counter space this slim toaster makes the space feel so much larger!
