Stopped working after 3 months

I loved this toaster. The color, its small profile, its large toasting slot…however less than 3 months after having it, it just warms anything I put in it. A level one runs for a little over 60 seconds and a level 6 for 90 seconds. We have to go through at least 3 rounds to get a piece of bread to begin to brown.

I’ve only had the toaster not even a month and it’s broken . The lever won’t stay down to toast . Really bummed because I like the look of the toaster
