Bella Pro Perfect Grind Single Serve Coffee Maker

The first coffee maker I received was defective and only made hot water. The coffee acted like it was grinding but didn’t deposit the grinds anywhere. I called into support and they told me it happens apparently and to return it as it was defective. The replacement seems to work so far after about 10 days but hoping it doesn’t become an issue in the long term! It makes a good cup of coffee thus far

Grinder stopped working two months in

Spent 2 hours trying to figure it out-no brewed coffee this morning

Coffee maker instructions are horrible! No product support. I thought it had been programmed and I waited to smell that freshly brewed coffee this morning. Nothing happened I’m late for work and got my trusty Hamilton Beach out for a fast cup of hot coffee. Very disappointed- gonna return it
