Cannot brew cups

It’s my first time using this thing and I have had to turn the machine on and off multiple times just to get 10 ounces of decaf. Still no success quite frustrated with my purchase.

Granted, I’ve used this product once so keep that in mind I will update my review once a significant amount of time using it has gone by, but so far I really love how easy and simple this product is as well as the look on my counter. I also really think it brews a good cup of coffee.

Looks really neat and handy, it comes with a washable coffee filter and a tray for k cups if you prefer to use those
